Experience like-new performance with this Encore Certified 20-ton Manitowoc RT 58D Rough Terrain Crane, rebuilt by Manitowoc’s Encore Division at a factory-owned, OEM-certified facility. This comprehensive rebuild follows the Encore Certified Crane Check Program, delivering unmatched quality, safety, and value. The unit includes a 1-year limited warranty, with Cummins engine coverage included.
Rebuild Scope of Work Highlights:
✔ Engine & Powertrain:
Cummins 6BT 5.9 diesel engine rebuilt to factory specs (1-year Cummins warranty)
New starter and alternator
New engine radiator
✔ Hydraulic System:
All hydraulic fittings, valves, and hoses replaced
Control valves, solenoids, flow dividers, and holding valves replaced
Hydraulic pumps (steer, three stage, charge) replaced
Cylinders and swivel resealed and pressure tested
Hydraulic and fuel tanks removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with new filters
✔ Electrical & Controls:
Electrical swivel replaced
Lights and indicators (headlights, backup, signals, etc.) replaced
New WIKA QScale LMI system retrofit with modern transducers and load parameters
Gauges, panels, switches, and control labels replaced
✔ Boom & Rigging:
60-ft telescopic boom disassembled and fully inspected
Wear pads, pins, bearings, spacers, extension/retraction cables replaced
New wire rope and load-tested
Hook block structure inspected; new sheave bearings installed
✔ Operator Cab:
New weather stripping, acoustic insulation, and flooring
New seat with retractable seat belt, door latch, and all cab glass
New gauges, indicator lights, switches, and labels
Steering column, horn switch, accelerator pedal replaced
New side mirrors, cab fan, dome light, and wiper system
Complete air conditioning system installed
✔ Structural & Exterior:
Swing gearbox rebuilt with new brakes
Four outrigger beams removed, blasted, painted
New tires, wheels blasted and painted
Turntable bearing and hardware replaced
Entire machine painted and decaled per Manitowoc factory spec
Warranty:
